100 pushups, week 5, day 1, take 3

Trying week 5 day 1 for the third time in the 100 pushups program. Now managed 36 / 40 / 30 / 24 and then just 28 at the end instead of 40. This is still 155 pushups in a short amount of time, but could be better.
I also have a feeling that the site has changed, as week 5 was a different program earlier…
