100 pushups, week 4, day 3

Week 4, day 3 of the 100 pushups program. I did 30 / 22 / 22 / 20 and then 30 at the end. That’s 124 in total. whooo…

100 pushups, week 4, day 2

Week 4, day 2 of the 100 pushups program. I did 27 / 21 / 21 / 18 and then 30 at the end.

100 pushups, week 4, day 1

Week 4, day 1 of the 100 pushups program. I did 27 / 20 / 20 / 17 and then 30 at the end.

100 pushups, week 3, day 3

Week 3, day 3 of the 100 pushups program. I did 30 / 22 / 22 / 20 and then 28 at the end. Interestingly enough, day 3 of week 4 is almost he same – so I just have to keep up with these results.

100 pushups, week 3, day 1

Week 3, day 1 of the 100 pushups program. Though my last ‘max’ result was 25, which would have put me in the middle category, I went for the highest, and did 25 / 17 / 17 / 15 and then 31 at the end. The latter 31 qualifies me for the highest category for the day 2, but we’ll see if I can really manage.

100 pushups, second test

At the end of Week 2 of the 100 pushups project, they recommend taking a second test. So I did, and I could manage 35 consecutive pushups. This is a bit more than the original result of 29, but I’m not impressed. Then again, I was tired still of yesterday’s exercise.

Week 2, day 3, did 15 / 15 / 12 / 12 and then 20 at the end. It’s getting exhausting. The plan says to perform a test again at the weekend – we’ll see if I can make more pushups in one go than I originally could.

Week 2, day 2, did 16 / 13 / 11 / 11 and then 25 at the end. Actually lost count, might have done step 2 twice :) Repetitiveness is boring…

Week 1, day 3, did 15 / 13 / 10 / 10 and then 25 at the end. Less sick, more pushups.
